Cancelling accounts...

... Ignore the script. Every sentence that they say that doesn't ask for name/account info is answered by "Cancel my subscription".
"Sir, how is the weather now in Alaska?"
"Cancel my subscription"
"Sir, may I ask why you want to cancel your super wonderful subscription?"
"Cancel my subscription"
...
Following their script will just waste your time, so ignore it.
